An academic capital-project proposal balancing sustainable design, construction planning, and financial feasibility.

I connected sustainable design choices with construction scheduling, capital costs, and long-term operations.
Citi Bike redistribution optimization
A model of how to split truck rebalancing across five Midtown Manhattan Citi Bike stations so fewer riders hit an empty station or a full dock.
How I approached it
I modeled each station as a finite-capacity Markov chain with truck resets, then solved for the best split of a truck budget.
Culpeper cost-of-living calculator
A household relocation decision-support tool developed for Culpeper County Economic Development.
How I approached it
I turned household expense and relocation comparisons into a practical county decision-support tool.
