About me
I'm Garrett, a Systems Engineering student at UVA. I like hard problems, especially the ones where tech, data and the real world collide.
Most of my time goes to AI, environmental research and building software. I've worked on published research using remote sensing and machine learning to understand how wildfires behave, and right now I'm building AVENUE, my own platform that turns the mess of my calendar and training into one clean plan. If it turns complicated information into something useful, I'm in.
Off the keyboard I'm running ultras, DJing and producing as House of Gare, and hooping whenever I can. The 100K, the EP, the side projects: to me it's all the same thing. Pick something hard, learn what it takes, and go.
I don't want to be boxed into one field. I want to mix analytical thinking, creativity and tech to build useful things, and keep finding out how far I can push.
Live well or die trying.
